By downloading, installing, or using Migro ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
02 Description of Service
Migro is a WordPress plugin that enables selective content migration between WordPress environments. The Plugin allows users to migrate posts, pages, custom post types, and associated metadata between staging and production WordPress installations.
Free version

03 License & Usage
License grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin in accordance with your purchased plan.
Site limitations
- Professional: 1 site license
- Business: 5 site licenses
- Agency: 25 site licenses
- Enterprise: Unlimited site licenses
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin; reverse engineer or decompile it; remove proprietary notices; use it for illegal purposes; or exceed your plan's site limitations.
04 Payment & Billing
Pro versions are sold as annual subscriptions processed through Stripe.com. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
05 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
06 Data & Privacy
The Plugin processes WordPress content data locally on your servers. We do not store or access your content data. Pro versions may contact our servers for license validation. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
09 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Plugin or violation of these Terms.
11 Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ceases immediately; Pro features will be disabled, but free version functionality may continue to work.
12 Intellectual Property
The Plugin and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Plugin interface, with at least 30 days' notice for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
