Migro is a WordPress plugin that enables selective content migration between WordPress environments. The Plugin allows users to migrate posts, pages, custom post types, and associated metadata between staging and production WordPress installations.

3. License and Usage
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin in accordance with your purchased plan.
3.2 Site Limitations
- Pro: 1 site license
- Developer: 5 site licenses
- Agency: Unlimited site licenses
3.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices
- Use the Plugin for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Exceed your plan's site limitations
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Pro versions are sold as annual subscriptions. Payment is processed through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Refund Policy

The Plugin processes WordPress content data locally on your servers. We do not store or access your content data on our servers.
6.2 License Validation
Pro versions may contact our servers for license validation and update checks. This includes sending your license key, site URL, and plugin version.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to exceeding site limitations or unauthorized distribution.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ceases immediately. Pro features will be disabled, but the free version functionality may continue to work.
12. Intellectual Property
The Plugin and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.
13. Third-Party Services
